How does the payment structure work?
You'll sign up using one of the buttons above, which will take you to a checkout. Once you go through the checkout, there will be a recurring monthly charge starting on the day you sign up. If you ever need to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, please email support@farewellmedia.com any time before your next month begins.
How do I request tasks?
We have an online portal that you can visit or email support@farewellmedia.com, which forwards to our whole team. We can also schedule a phone call, video call, or an in-person meeting if you're located in Bend!
Can I switch plans?
Yup! If you find a lower or higher plan that better fits you, we can upgrade or downgrade for you next month.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes! We want to ensure you are happy with our service and find it valuable. If you ever find you don't need updates anymore, we can cancel your plan anytime before your next month starts (which is based on your start date).
What if I don't like the revisions?
We allow for unlimited revisions so we can make sure you get exactly what you need.
How long does each request take?
A majority of development requests can be done within one business day. These include image updates, adding a blog post, editing text, and similar requests. Some more advanced requests, such as new pages, can take longer depending on the complexity.
Are requests and revisions really unlimited?
Yes! You can send us as many requests as you'd like. We will add that task to your queue and complete them one after another.
How much does website maintenance cost?
We have two types of website maintenance plans. Our basic plan includes hosting, weekly reporting, SEO health monitoring, and unlimited requests for any updates you'd like to make to your website. That plan is $499/mo with a discounted rate if paid annually. Our premiere package is made up of weekly and monthly optimization strategies that are customized to each client depending on their goals. The optimization plan is $1,499/mo with a discount if paid annually.
