What happens if my request is bigger than expected?
If something turns out to be more complex than a typical support task, we’ll flag it early and recommend the best path forward. You’re never on the hook for surprise scope.

Do I need to use Webflow to get support?
Yes, our support plans are built specifically for Webflow websites. If you’re on WordPress or another platform, we can talk about a redesign or migration.
How does the payment structure work?
When you're ready to sign up, we will send you a link through Stripe to set up your recurring monthly charge, normally starting on the 1st of the next month. If needed, we can prorate a month to start earlier. If you ever need to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, please email support@heyfarewell.com any time before your next month begins.
How do I request tasks?
We have an online portal that you can visit or email support@heyfarewell.com, which forwards to our whole team. We can also schedule a phone call, video call, or an in-person meeting if you're located in Bend!
Can I switch plans?
Yup! If you find a lower or higher plan that better fits you, we can upgrade or downgrade for you next month.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes! We want to ensure you are happy with our service and find it valuable. If you ever find you don't need updates anymore, we can cancel your plan anytime before your next month starts (which is based on your start date).
What if I don't like the revisions?
We allow for unlimited revisions so we can make sure you get exactly what you need.
How long does each request take?
A majority of development requests can be done within one business day. These include image updates, adding a blog post, editing text, and similar requests. Some more advanced requests, such as new pages, can take longer depending on the complexity.
